- Pendant height: the name pendant height will vary between 8mm-10mm, as each language contains unique characters.

Warranty
- All necklace purchases come with a 12 month warranty. The warranty is effective from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials. Proof of purchase is required when making a warranty claim
Care Instructions
- Store your necklace in a dry and cool place away from direct sunlight. This ensures your jewels do not oxidise
- Take off your necklace when you shower or exercise to ensure the plating lasts as long as possible
Returns
- We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
- Personalized jewelry pieces are made especially for you; therefore, they can either be returned for exchange or store credit.

We can still create your custom necklace!
If you can't find your South Asian language in the list, select "Other", type your name in the text box and send us an email (hello@browngirlgang) so we can work with you to create your custom necklace :)
Can I buy this necklace for a child?
This product is not suitable for children 12 years of age or younger.

I’m not South Asian. Can I purchase my name in English?
Of course! We love seeing people of all backgrounds celebrate their name. We create necklaces in English for our lovely community to support BrownGirlGang or simply own this stunning accessory!
What length is your chain?
Our chain is 18 inches with a 2 inch extender (45cm + 5cm extender). This means you can wear it to suit your style with lots of room for customising the length depending on your outfit :)
